In a busy market with lots of vacancies it’s easy to get bogged down and lost in the abyss. But looking at the wider picture is vital if you want to be a Limitless Recruiter. If you’re going to spend some of your valuable time on a vacancy, it needs to be worth it – you need to know you’ve got the best chance of making a success of it.

Many recruiters struggle to prioritise which vacancies to work on. Some lean towards clients they like, others to whichever positions are the most interesting, different or popular – or simply the ones they feel most comfortable with. Many recruiters just work on the most recent vacancy they have picked up, perhaps from a new client. The problem with this approach is that it’s not necessarily the most efficient, and certainly not a method that will get you performing at your peak.
